I read everything, and I genuinely want this site to be more accurate tomorrow than it is today. Here's how to reach me — and what I can and can't help with.
Spotted an error? Please tell me.
RunawayHair grades treatments on evidence, and evidence moves. If you've found:
- a claim that's out of date or wrong,
- a study I missed or misread, or
- a treatment that should be added or re-graded,
send it over — ideally with a link to the primary source. I correct material mistakes publicly, with a note at the bottom of the affected page. That's part of the editorial standards.

I'm one person doing this alongside a day job, so replies can take a few days. Thanks for your patience.
What I can't do
Here's the honest boundary: I can't give you personal medical advice. I'm not a doctor (here's why that matters and what I am instead), and no responsible person could diagnose you or tell you what to take over email.
So if you write in asking "what should I do about my hair loss?" — I'll point you back to the evidence and, kindly, to a qualified clinician who can actually examine you. That's not me dodging. It's the only safe answer, and it's the whole reason this site frames everything as education, not advice. See the medical disclaimer.
What I can do is help you walk into that appointment knowing more than most — which options exist, how strong the evidence is, and what questions to ask.
Your move: start with the evidence map.
